I am writing this in a way that I hope won’t cause too many spoilers. Dark Matters is a seriel novel that I am adapting to the web because it gives me more freedom of expression than the printed book does. Also, the style of Dark Matters, the intimate nature of its characters, as well as the experimental nature of the writing makes the web a perfect medium for transmissal of the story. It’s genre is science fiction/Intimate Literature.
The story centers around ChoCho and Jynx, two young lovers facing down a world almost completely devoid of human life after an undefinable event destroys nearly every city and township on the planet.
